Man Industries (India) has posted over 25 per cent dip in consolidated net profit to ₹50.85 crore during the March quarter, impacted by decreased revenues.It had reported a net profit of ₹68.15 crore in the same quarter a year ago, the company said in an exchange filing on Monday night.During January-March, the company's total income fell to ₹1,165.51 crore from ₹1,221.22 crore in the fourth quarter of the preceding 2024-25 financial year.For FY26, the net profit was at ₹170 crore, higher than ₹153 crore in FY25.While total income was at ₹3,592 crore as against ₹3,525 crore in 2024-25.Man Industries (India) Ltd manufactures and exports large-diameter carbon steel line pipes.In a separate statement, the company said its current standalone order book of around ₹3,000 crore provides strong revenue visibility heading into FY27.Consolidated revenue guidance for FY27 is ₹5,000–5,500 crore, the company said.Published on May 26, 2026
