The National Bureau of Investigation on Friday said it will subpoena the wife of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa and other individuals who had “recent contact” with him over their possible knowledge of his whereabouts.

Dela Rosa is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in connection with his role in former President Rodrigo Duterte’s drug war, on which The Hague court will begin trial by November.
