The Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank Foundation and the St. John Ambulance Assocation, Thoothukudi branch, will hold a free ultrasound screening camp at Medall Diagnostics in Ambasamudram on May 31. The camp is the second in a series of programmes being planned in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi districts. The first camp, recently held at Ambasamudram, was especially beneficial to pregnant women. C.K. Jaishankar of TMB, Dr. Loganathar of Medall Diagnostics, and Dr. A.A. Achuthan of St. John Ambulance, Thoothukudi, organised the programme.
