The fight for men to get prostate cancer screening is set to continue.
An NHS body has said that only a few thousand men who have a risk gene will be invited for regular tests.
Campaigners like cyclist Chris Hoy and former PM David Cameron have been calling for all men over a certain age to be invited for regular prostate cancer screening, like breast screening for women.

But the National Screening Committee (NSC) has said in draft recommendations this would mean too many men get harmful cancer treatments for slow-growing tumours that would never have caused harm.
