Alleged mastermind Victor Majola and alleged hitman Armindo Pacula are expected back in court on 18 June for pretrial proceedings in the Johannesburg High Court.
The murder case against two men accused of killing Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock will now proceed in the Johannesburg High Court after prosecutors confirmed investigations had been completed.
Alleged mastermind Victor Majola, 44, and alleged hitman Armindo Pacula, 25, appeared briefly in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, where the matter was formally adjourned for pretrial proceedings.
Stock was gunned down outside the Zambesi Building in the Johannesburg CBD on 16 December in what investigators believe was a targeted killing.
The court confirmed the case would proceed in the High Court, with a pretrial date set for June 18, 2026.
