MANILA, Philippines – The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has launched the Taxpayer Portal that provides a consolidated view of tax-related records, with the pilot implementation initially covering those under its Large Taxpayers Service (LTS).

Under Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 053-2026, the secured digital platform was designed to allow taxpayers to access their tax information through a centralized online portal, reducing the need for manual follow-ups and in-person visits to BIR offices.

“Through a centralized taxpayer profile, taxpayers can conveniently view their current registration details, monitor the status of filed tax returns, track tax payments, and receive timely system-generated reminders for tax return filing and payment obligations,” the circular read.
