MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Justice’s (DOJ) panel of prosecutors has reached out to Atty. Jimmy Bondoc to provide information regarding the location of Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.
Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida said this is an opportunity for Bondoc to “cooperate with the legal processes and the proper service of the ICC (International Criminal Court) warrant.”
“With respect to his public representation, that he allegedly knows the whereabouts of Senator Ronald M. dela Rosa, I have directed the issuance of a formal letter asking him to provide the department with any information in his possession or available to him regarding the whereabouts or information leading to the location of Senator dela Rosa,” Vida said.
