Number one is, given the high degree of efficacy that the CAR T cells have, there's a great interest in knowing should we really be waiting for giving these CAR T cells to patients with relapse and refractory multiple myeloma, or could we actually use this in patients with newly diagnosed myeloma and get deeper, more durable responses? And there are two large clinical trials that have recently been completed, global studies. One is called CARTITUDE-5, the other one CARTITUDE-6. And in both studies, patients with newly diagnosed myeloma are receiving either cilta-cel, the BCMA maybe like a CAR T cell that's FDA-approved for relapsed multiple myeloma, compared to standard of care treatments. We don't have any results from either study, pivotal studies that will answer the question, should we be waiting for later lines, or should we be considering giving CAR T cells in the frontline setting?
