The good news, I guess, is that we have very many different treatment options for relapse refractory multiple myeloma, and some of that is considered in the background of what we do for patients with newly diagnosed myeloma, which today is typically a combination of four drugs, a quadruplet treatment regimen, the CD38 antibody, proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory drugs and steroids, and most patients do very well with these initial treatments, plus or minus a transplant, and then maintenance treatment.
