The best challenge in relapse refractory myeloma is the abundance of options we have and how to decide which is the best path at that moment. Certainly, depending on how many prior lines the patients have been through, we have a lot of information on how they respond to certain classes of drugs, what toxicities they've experienced, and so those will become a part of the planning. And also, as they age, you know, they may be accumulating other comorbidities. So with increasing lines of therapy or number of relapses, I think there are more things to take into consideration. But luckily, the biggest challenge is picking which of our many good options.
