Chairman, OYRTMA, who disclosed this on Tuesday during a pre-festive briefing with journalists at his office in the State Secretariat, Ibadan, said the deployment is a proactive measure to guarantee public safety and effective traffic control, given the anticipated surge in vehicular movement.
“Our officers will be stationed at strategic locations, particularly around Eid prayer grounds and major highways within Ibadan and other parts of the state where heavy traffic is expected,” he stated.
