Born on December 14, 1984, Indian Television actress Divyanka Tripathi is best known for her performance in television shows ‘Banoo Main Teri Dulhann’ (2006-2009) and ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ (2013-2019). Born in Bhopal, Tripathi started her career as an anchor on All India Radio. In her initial career, she appeared in several beauty pageants. In 2003, she participated in Pantene Zee Teen Queen and won the title of Miss Beautiful Skin. In 2004, she was amongst the top 8 from the Bhopal zone in ‘India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj.’ She participated in the competition again from the Indore zone and emerged as a runner-up. However, she lost the Phase II of the qualification round. In 2005, she was crowned Miss Bhopal. She made her acting debut with a telefilm, which aired in Doordarshan. As of 2021, she has appeared in more than 20 TV shows, and one web series titled ‘Cold Lassi Aur Chicken Masala’ (2019). She is the recipient of seven Gold Awards, three Indian Telly Awards, two Indian Television Academy Awards, and one Zee Rishtey Award. She is married to actor Vivek Dahiya, whom she met on the sets of ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.’
