TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - General Chair of the National Selection of New Student Admission (SNPMB), Eduart Wolok, has announced the list of 10 study programs at state universities with the highest number of applicants through the National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) 2026. "These are the 10 most popular study programs in state universities," said Eduart in a press conference at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology in Jakarta on Monday, May 25, 2026.Below are the ten most popular study programs in the SNBT selection.1. Sebelas Maret University — Occupational Health and Safety Study Program (D4): 5,582 applicants, 43 accepted.2. Airlangga University — Nursing Study Program (D3): 5,216 applicants, 60 accepted.3. Brawijaya University — Business Administration Program (D3): 5,059 applicants, 116 accepted.4. Airlangga University — Occupational Health and Safety Study Program (D4): 4,792 applicants.5. Bandung Institute of Technology — Mining and Petroleum Engineering Program (S1): 4,789 applicants, 115 accepted.6. Sebelas Maret University — Anesthesiology Nursing Program (D4): 4,766 applicants.7. Diponegoro University — Law Program (S1): 4,685 applicants, 287 accepted.8. Airlangga University — Taxation Program (D3): 4,570 applicants.9. Jakarta State University — Public Relations and Digital Communication Program (D4): 4,346 applicants.10. University of Indonesia — Law Program: 4,187 applicants.The SNPMB committee has announced that a total of 256,369 participants have passed the SNBT 2026. This number is equivalent to 29.42 percent of the total 871,496 participants who took the entrance exam for state universities this year. The results of the selection were officially announced today, Monday, May 25, 2026, on the SNPMB website and several state university mirrors.A total of 286,864 seats were provided in various state universities throughout Indonesia during the implementation of SNBT 2026. These seats consist of 228,118 bachelor's program seats, 33,510 four-year diploma or applied bachelor's program seats, and 25,236 three-year diploma program seats. Successful participants are required to immediately follow the re-registration process according to each campus's regulations.The results of SNBT 2026 were officially announced by SNPMB on Monday, May 25, 2026, at 15:00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time) through the website https://pengumuman-snbt.snpmb.id and several state university mirrors.
