adsKingsley Temitope Ogah, Acting National Working Committee (NWC) Chairman of the Dumebi Kachikwu-led faction of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has said the party will overcome its internal challenges before the 2027 elections.
Ogah spoke during the party’s national convention in Abuja, where he stressed the need for unity, reconciliation and discipline among members.
“We are open to reconciliation; we must not divide ourselves. This is the time to strengthen our party. Millions of Nigerians are waiting for the ADC as the party of hope to rescue Nigeria,” he said.
BusinessDay reports that the ADC is torn into three factions led by David Mark, Nafiu Gombe and Kachikwu.
Ogah said those working against the unity and stability of the party would not succeed, insisting that the ADC remained stronger than ever despite its challenges.
