adsA faction of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) on Sunday adopted Dumebi Kachikwu as its presidential candidate for the 2027 general election.
Kachikwu emerged as the sole presidential candidate of the faction during its national convention held in Abuja.
In his acceptance speech, Kachikwu said he had accepted the nomination and pledged to tackle insecurity, hunger, poverty and other socio-economic challenges confronting Nigerians.
He assured party members and Nigerians that his administration would be inclusive and focused on improving the living conditions of citizens across the country.
According to him, all Nigerians would be carried along in governance, regardless of political, ethnic or religious differences.adsads
