EU's chief diplomat: Russia's use of Oreshnik missiles is a political scare tactic

Kaja Kallas, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, has condemned the latest large-scale Russian attack on Ukraine, during which Russian forces used an Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile capable of carrying nuclear warheads.

Details: Kallas stressed that Russia has "hit a dead-end" on the battlefield and is therefore terrorising Ukrainian civilians through deliberate attacks.
