May 23 (UPI) -- The American Music Awards will return Monday in Las Vegas.

The 52nd annual ceremony will air on CBS and also stream on Paramount+.

Queen Latifah will host the fan-voted awards show, which celebrates influential music artists.

Taylor Swift leads this year's nominees, with Karol G, Billy Idol and Darius Rucker to be honored with special awards.
