The Federal High Court (FHC) on Saturday announced the passing of a sitting judge, Justice Mohammed Yunusa of the Kano judicial division.
The Director of Information of the FHC, Mrs Catherine-Oby Christopher, made this known in a statement in Abuja.
Justice Yunusa died on Thursday after a brief illness at the Kano State Medical Centre.
