The audacious latest from Ryusuke Hamaguchi, the Oscar-winning director of Drive My Car, is set primarily in a Paris elder-care facility run by a woman (Virginie Efira) whose progressive treatment approach clashes with the realities of chronic understaffing and bottom-line-driven management.
