A cow was reportedly killed by a leopard near Hasanur in the Sathyamangalam Tiger Reserve in the early hours of Friday (May 22), triggering panic.According to the residents of Ongalwadi village under the Hasanur forest range, a leopard entered the cattle shed belonging to Kavanna, a farmer, on Thursday night and attacked a cow.Hearing the animal’s cries, the farmer rushed to the shed and saw the leopard fleeing.
