May 22, 2026 – 7.12amFormer Telstra chief executive Andy Penn has been named as chairman of Nasdaq listed artificial intelligence infrastructure player Sharon AI, adding local experience to is boardroom ahead of a run at the ASX.The neocloud floated on the Nasdaq under the ticket Shaz in February after raising $US125 million, and has been angling for a secondary listing on the ASX all year.
