The agreement with Nvidia will see the two deploying 72MW of AI data center capacity in Australia, using the Nvidia DSX AI factory design and scaling up to 40,000 Grace Blackwell GPUs.
The deal is structured through a revenue-sharing and credit supply model, with Sharon AI selling Nvidia cloud services, where Nvidia will earn both standard product revenue and a share of the cloud revenue on the supported capacity.
