A booking and appointment management platform, BookMolly, has called for wider adoption of technology-driven solutions in Nigeria’s beauty and wellness industry to improve efficiency and service delivery.
The firm said salons, spas, cosmetic brands and wellness centres are increasingly shifting from manual booking systems to digital platforms as customer expectations continue to evolve.
It noted that many businesses still rely on phone calls, WhatsApp messages and social media direct messages to manage appointments, a system it described as prone to missed bookings and scheduling errors.
