All 420 apartment units at Persa Place, the first high-rise component within Gamuda Land's Springville township in Nhon Trach, were sold on launch day, according to the developer.
The official launch event, held last weekend, attracted homebuyers and investors from Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, neighboring provinces and Hanoi. Large numbers of attendees gathered at the venue from early morning, reflecting strong interest in the project.According to Gamuda Land, all 420 apartment units were transacted within the morning session after pre-launch registrations exceeded available inventory across all unit categories.

The developer said buyers included young families, professionals working in industrial zones and long-term investors. Many had researched the project before launch and were prepared to complete transactions once sales opened.The result marks the second rapid sell-through for the Springville township within less than a year. Earlier phases of the township's landed residential products recorded a 97% absorption rate on launch day before later selling out completely.Persa Place is the first high-rise precinct within the 18.2-hectare Springville integrated township in Nhon Trach. Located along Ton Duc Thang Boulevard (DT25B), the project is connected to Ho Chi Minh City, Long Thanh International Airport and surrounding industrial and logistics areas.The development includes 420 apartment units and nine retail units. Apartment layouts range from one to three bedrooms, with sizes between 38 and 105 square meters.According to project distributors, pricing remains around 40-50% lower than comparable projects in eastern Ho Chi Minh City.
