Perennial Living began phase one of operations at 28 Parry Avenue in Kovan, opening 200 assisted living apartments, the Perennial Wellness center and an all-day dining restaurant called The Olive, according to a Perennial Holdings announcement reported by AsiaOne.
The 195,000 sq ft complex offers Western medical care, rehabilitation therapies and traditional Chinese medicine alongside what the company bills as five-star hospitality.
The basic occupation package covers accommodation, housekeeping and linen service, core meals, use of the development's amenities and access to social and wellness programming.
Apartments come in four layouts spanning 302 to 569 sq ft, with final rates set by size, layout, floor level and the direction a unit faces.
When Perennial unveiled the project on Aug. 28, 2025, it priced the same package at SGD8,900 to SGD17,000 ($6,960 to $13,300) a month, EdgeProp Singapore reported at the time. The developer then offered a 20% early-bird discount on the first 40 units that brought the entry rate to about SGD8,000.
