The Logan Airport Remote Terminal, located at 19 Flutie Pass, will enable passengers to check in, drop off bags, and undergo security checks before boarding a dedicated shuttle bus that transports them directly to their airside gate at Logan. During its pilot phase, the service will be limited to Delta Air Lines and JetBlue passengers traveling on flights scheduled between 5:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., with hourly shuttle buses running from 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. Shuttle tickets will cost $9 each way,and the Framingham site also offers approximately 400 parking spaces for $7 per day, which is significantly cheaper than parking rates at Logan Airport. The initiative aims to provide a more seamless and convenient travel experience, reducing stress associated with airport lines, and is modeled after similar systems operated by The Landline Company in other major U.S. cities.
