BACOLOD CITY—The Bacolod City Police Office City Drug Enforcement Unit (BCPO-CDEU) arrested a “high value individual,” seizing around 4.2 kilos of meth valued at P28.56 million during a buy-bust operation in Purok Fatima, Islamic Center in Barangay 31 here on Tuesday.
Arrested was alias “Bongi,” 36, a resident of Purok Fatima, the Police Regional Office Negros Island Region (PRO NIR) said.

BCPO-CDEU operatives carried out the operation after the suspect sold one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer in exchange for marked money.
