First-time data center developer Lumon Solutions is backing a project in Marshfield, Missouri.
The facility is intended to span 5 acres and will be cooled by a closed-loop system, according to information shared with the Webster County Commission and posted on its website.

It will be a “small-scale high-performance computing facility,” according to the developer, and it will be located on Rifle Range Road outside the city limits of Marshfield.
The commission added that the developer did not ask for tax abatement or economic development incentives.
