A pediatrician originally from Nigeria has been appointed as the new head of the children’s ward at the General Hospital in Kavarna, according to local reporting cited by “Fakel” - Kavarna Plus.
Dr. Bello Dange Mode, who completed his medical education at the Medical University in Varna in 2008, has been living and working in Bulgaria for more than two decades. He later specialized in pediatrics in 2021 at the University Hospital “St. Marina” in Varna.
After completing his specialization, he gained professional experience in several Bulgarian hospitals, including in Svishtov and Dobrich, where he worked in pediatric care. He is married and has children.
Hospital management in Kavarna said Dr. Mode accepted the invitation from director Tsvetanka Dimitrova, expressing confidence in his ability to serve local patients and contribute to the department’s work.
