A 32-year-old history-sheeter, Subburaj who was attacked with a liquor bottle by two persons during an altercation at a bar in Virudhunagar died at a hospital in Madurai.

Police arrested Arunkumar, 31, and Vijayaprabhu, 44, who were involved in the murder. The police said Subburaj, a history-sheeter hailing from Rosalpatti, Virudhunagar, had over 30 criminal cases, including theft, against him.
