After Tamil Nadu achieved a growth rate of 10.83% for 2025-26, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Tuesday said the State could achieve double-digit growth for the second consecutive year, clearly showing it was not merely competing within India.

“Tamil Nadu will lead South Asia,” he said in a social media message.

“We built the foundation in three years and delivered two consecutive years of double-digit growth,” he added.

He said the progress was powered by the people of Tamil Nadu.

“Our thanks for your work and trust. This is only the beginning. With your support, the climb will accelerate,” he said.
