Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao on Sunday (April 26, 2026) has asked the local choultry administrators to cooperate in the development of the holy pilgrim town.
The EO held a meeting with the local choultry administrators, at which he assured them that the temple management would extend its full support to all the choultries.
Mr. Srinivasa Rao asked the managements of choultries to set up drinking water kiosks (Chalivendrams) in view of the summer heat. Buttermilk should also be provided to devotees free of cost at these kiosks, he said.
He said every satram (pilgrim guest house) must prioritise hygiene and cleanliness, and directed them to take all necessary measures to maintain the premises in a hygienic condition.
