As the world faces a major energy crisis triggered by the war in the Middle East, The Shift Project think tank published, on Tuesday, April 14, the first part of its "Robust Plan for the French Economy," examining the conditions needed for successful decarbonization amid uncertainty. The engineer Jean-Marc Jancovici, who heads the think tank, says the current crisis could spotlight the urgent need to organize the phase-out of fossil fuels.
