BMS Institute of Technology and Management, Yelahanka, hosted the second annual COMPSIF 2026 International Conference, a two-day event that began on March 13, bringing together researchers and academicians from across the world.
A total of 1,557 research papers were submitted from countries including the US, Russia, Japan, Bangladesh, Romania, and India, of which only 89 papers were selected across 12 tracks.
Chief guest Ashish Kumar highlighted emerging technologies, stating, “In the next decade, autonomous machines, drones, augmented and virtual reality will transform many human tasks.”
Special guest Prashant Mishra noted that future professionals must focus on analysing and validating machine-driven work. The conference aimed to promote quality research and innovation among students and faculty.
