Yadgir Deputy Commissioner Harshal Bhoyar directed the officers to take all precautionary measures to conduct smooth, fair, and transparent examinations for II PU in the district.
He chaired a preliminary meeting at Yadgir on February 20.
The board examinations for II PU will commence on February 28 and conclude on March 17.
A total of 11,760 students are eligible to appear for examinations in 20 centers across the district. Of the 20, five are in Shahapur taluk, followed by four in Shorapur, seven in Yadgir taluk, two in Gurmitkal taluk, and one each in Kembhavi and Hunsagi towns, respectively.
The Deputy Commissioner specifically said that there will be no tolerance with regard to malpractices. The chief superintendent is responsible for conducting fair and proper examinations, he added.
