Feb. 13 (UPI) -- The Criterion Collection announced their May titles on Friday. The erotic thriller Body Heat, Lenny Bruce biopic Lenny, contemporary award nominees and more are among additions.
The 1981 Body Heat was screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan's directorial debut. He would go on to write and direct The Big Chill, The Accidental Tourist, Grand Canyon and more
William Hurt starred as a lawyer and Kathleen Turner as a femme fatale. Kasdan approved a new 4K restoration and gave a new interview for the Criterion edition.
A new interview with historians also joins archival features with Hurt, Turner, Ted Danson and filmmakers, plus deleted scenes. It will be released May 19.
The Oscar-nominated Sentimental Value joins the Criterion Collection in its first home video release. The film stars Stellan Skarsgärd as a director making a film about his mother.
