After Border Czar Tom Homan announced that a drawdown of 700 federal ICE and CBP agents from Minnesota is now underway — at least 2,000 officers are expected to remain in Minneapolis — Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison vowed to keep fighting against President Donald Trump's "campaign of political retribution" against the state and its residents.
