Giuseppe Musella, a 28-year-old man arrested in Naples on Tuesday after his 22-year-old sister Jlenia was stabbed to death, has confessed to the homicide, sources said on Wednesday.
After being stabbed in the back, the woman was taken to a hospital by car by someone who immediately disappeared.
She died of her injuries shortly after.
The suspect told investigators that he stabbed his sister after a row broke out over her loud music, the sources said.
