Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday promised that her government will work to make Delhi a “green and developed” city.
Ms. Gupta spoke to the media after visiting the Hanuman Temple in Yamuna Bazar, saying she prayed for the nation’s prosperity and the people of Delhi.
“The New Year should bring joy and prosperity into the lives of all Indians, families, and every resident,” the Chief Minister’s Office quoted her as saying. Ms. Gupta expressed her wish that Delhi continues to move forward on the path of progress and emerges as a strong and developed national capital.
