Dec. 29 (UPI) -- Trent Williams, Darnell Washington and Geno Smith were among the NFL players injured in Week 17. Injured players will be evaluated this week to determine potential timelines for return.

Josh Allen, Jordyn Brooks, Chop Robinson, Sauce Gardner and Marvin Harrison Jr. were among other players impacted by injuries in Week 17.

Williams exited after playing just one snap during the San Francisco 49ers' 42-38 win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday in Santa Clara, Calif. Coach Kyle Shanahan said he sustained a hamstring injury and was not sure about the severity of the issue. The 12-time Pro Bowl selection and three-time All-Pro started all 16 of the 49ers' games this season.

Cornerback Upton Stout (concussion) and defensive lineman Keion White (groin) also exited early during the victory. The Bears lost defensive lineman Joe Tryon Shoyinka (concussion) and linebacker Noah Sewell (ankle).
