U.S. Treasury yields held steady on Tuesday morning as investors monitored clues about whether the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates again in December.
At 4:29 a.m. ET, the 10-year Treasury
was less than a basis point higher to 4.038%, while the 30-year bond yield was little changed at 4.677%. The 2-year note yield was up less than 1 basis point to 3.491%.
One basis point equals 0.01% and yields and prices move in opposite directions.
