Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday (November 13, 2025) said that society must play its role in “recognising and reporting suspicious terror activities and countering radicalisation”.
Speaking at the second special convocation of the University of Jammu, Mr. Sinha said, “Security forces are determined to dismantle the terror ecosystem but society too must join the fight and discharge its duties”.
