“Daily Show” correspondent Josh Johnson on Wednesday used the latest Jeffrey Epstein bombshell to highlight how the late convicted sex offender’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell is allegedly being treated like “royalty” in prison.

Johnson weighed in on Maxwell’s move to a minimum-security prison camp in Texas in August after she told the Justice Department that she “never witnessed” President Donald Trump “in any inappropriate setting in any way.”

“In the times that I was with him, he was a gentleman,” said Maxwell during the DOJ interview.

Johnson began, “She didn’t say, ‘Trump is innocent.’ All she said was, ‘I didn’t see him do anything’ — I also didn’t see him do anything, what do I get?”

Johnson argued that Maxwell’s treatment in prison is “truly insane” before pointing to a whistleblower’s allegations — as recently laid out by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) — that she had access to a service puppy.
