He was delivering the 21st Professor Arcot Gajaraj Memorial Oration held in Chennai, marking the 100th birth anniversary of Arcot Gajaraj (1925-2003), Indian radiologist and medical educator who played a major role in shaping radiology and imaging sciences in the country.
