Victoria Beckham, fashion designer and former Posh Spice of the Spice Girls, has been a public figure since the 90s. Over the years, Beckham's wellness practices, including exercise and sleep habits, have changed, but her diet remains mostly the same — and it aligns with a heart-healthy eating pattern.
"I do try to be quite disciplined in the way that I eat," Beckham, 51, said on BBC's "Gordon Ramsay's Perfect Christmas Lunch" in 2008 when she was 32.
"I eat really healthy, I love Japanese food, lots of fish, any sort of fish, any sort of vegetable, lots of fruit, that kind of thing."
In several interviews, spanning from 2008 to 2020, the former pop star shared that her diet has been centered around three core foods: fish, vegetables and fruit.
Though she cut back on her fruit intake because "it can make me feel quite bloated," she still eats "lots of fresh fish, fresh vegetables and salads, as well as seeds and nuts," she told Net-A-Porter five years ago.
