Victoria Beckham has a new lease of life after entering her 50s, but the former singer turned fashion designer admits that she's not changed a single aspect of her lifeDaniel Bird Assistant Celebrity and Entertainment Editor11:35, 28 May 2026Updated 11:36, 28 May 2026Victoria Beckham has said she's finally learned to feel happy with her looks, but it's taken her until her 50s to do so.While Victoria found global fame as one fifth of the Spice Girls and iis instantly one of the most recognisable women in the world, she has battled with low confidence over the years. However, in her fifth decade, Victoria says she's finally found self-acceptance in her appearance.'I've spent most of my life feeling like I'm not good enough, and not liking how I look, and I think the great thing about getting older is I now accept the way I look,' she told The Beauty Desk podcast. "And I also don't think you have to give up just because you're 50, that doesn't mean that you have to compromise. You can still look good."It's no secret that she's a fan of working out, often sharing glimpses into her home gym and sweaty workouts with her husband, Sir David Beckham. Speaking in the new interview, Victoria said of her workout routine: "I don't do anything differently now, with regards to my workout. In fact, I do more now than what I was doing when I was 20, and 30."So just because you get older it doesn't mean you're limited to what you can do, you know? You can achieve great things as you get older." Victoria went on to explain that looking and feeling the best starts with the basics – looking after oneself, respecting oneself, drinking enough water and having a proper sleep schedule, as well as eating healthily. She added: "This morning I was up at 6:15. I'm definitely a morning person, so I get up early in the morning, sometimes I do a little workout before I wake Harper up - this morning I did, so I did a half an hour workout." Her husband and daughter, Harper, often wake up at 6:45am with the family sitting in the kitchen to enjoy breakfast with each other."Then David will take Harper to school, I'll go back in the gym and then David will come and we'll continue our workout together. We love to work out together," she added. Victoria is also partial to lymphatic drainage – a specialised massage that stimulates the flow of lymph fluid and clears waste from the body. Her favourite place to have a lymphatic is in Miami, where "there's a large Brazilian community" that offers excellent services. And her pal Kim Kardashian introduced her to skincare treatments from Israeli facialist Keren Bartov. "I really trust her a lot," said Victoria.Earlier this week, despite tension amongst her family, Victoria said she feels "blessed and lucky" to have three sons and one daughter. "The boys are great with her," she exclaimed. She went on to explain that she has encouraged all four of her children to follow their hearts in order to be "fulfilled" in whatever career path they choose. Estranged son Brooklyn has attempted to make a name for himself as a photographer and model, but is now focusing on becoming a chef.Romeo has found success as a model and footballer, Cruz is riding the wave of success with his band The Breakers, and Harper is reportedly set to follow in Victoria's footsteps.Sharing why she had no plans to retire, she continued: "I love being busy and also I think it's really good that the children see how passionate I am about what I do, they see the work ethic that both myself and David has as well."And I think that it's good that the children see that and I think it's wonderful for us to see that our children... they have passion, they have work ethic, they are driven, and I think that you have to lead by example when you have children."Article continues belowLike this story?
