Vladimir Putin has mocked Europe's drone panic amid fears Russia is sending drones to test the continent's response to provocation, joking that he 'won't do it again'.At the The Valdai Discussion Club, held in Sochi, he was sarcastically asked by the Russian moderator: 'Why are you sending so many drones to Denmark?' The Russian despot joked: 'I won't do it any more. I won't go to France, Denmark or Copenhagen anymore. Where else do they fly? He added: 'If we speak seriously, we do not have drones which can reach Lisbon'.Europe has been on high alert since the beginning of the month, following a series of suspected Russian drone incursions into Western airspaces beginning with the flight of nearly two dozen UAVs into Poland. Since then, drones believed to have been directed by the Kremlin have been spotted across northern Europe, including in Germany, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands. Moscow has consistently denied responsibility for these incidents. Most recently, a Russian shadow fleet tanker was detained by French authorities off the country's western coast amid allegations the Kremlin was launching disruptive drones from it.
