Former Union Minister and MP Karan Singh on Tuesday (September 30, 2025) congratulated Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat and said the organisation should continue to focus on nation-building for the next 100 years to ensure India’s progress.

Though Mr. Singh’s stance is at odds with the Congress’s official position on the RSS, the party has not issued any statement or clarification.

Founded by Keshav Baliram Hedgewar on Vijayadashami in 1925, the RSS will complete 100 years on Thursday (October 2, 2025).
