Sept. 30 (UPI) -- A man who had been on life support since a shooting last week at a Dallas immigration facility has died, his family said.
Miguel Ángel García-Hernández, 32, died Monday after he was removed from life support, the League of United Latin American Citizens said in a news release.
García-Hernández was one of three detainees shot by a sniper Wednesday outside an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas. Norlan Guzman-Fuentes, 37, died shortly after the shooting. Jose Andres Bordones-Molina was injured.
The shooter, Joshua Jahn, 29, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said. Jahn was allegedly targeting ICE officials, though none was injured in the shooting.
García-Hernández was a father of four and was expecting a fifth child with his wife, Stephany Gauffeny.
