Project Officer of Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA), Paderu, T. Sri Pooja, has directed officials to complete the construction works of the Freedom Fighters Museum at Lambasingi within three months. She inspected the ongoing works of the museum, being built at a cost of ₹35 crore, in Alluri Sitharama Raju district on Monday.
Speaking to officials, the PO emphasised that while attracting tourist, the museum should reflect tribal culture and traditions. She instructed officials to maintain strict quality standards in the construction works. She also assured that the land dispute will be resolved after discussions with farmers.
The PO inspected the guest house being constructed by ITDA at Lambasingi and said that the facility should be available to tourists during the current season. She visited Chintapalli coffee pulping unit, and interacted with members and enquired about their issues.
ITDA Assistant Project Officer M. Venkateswara Rao, Tribal Welfare Department Executive Engineer G. David Raju, and others were present.
